These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Transformed by Travels platform and services available at app.transformedbytravels.com. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Transformed by Travels is a transformational travel platform that helps you discover your traveler archetype, plan meaningful trips, and reflect on your travel experiences through guided journaling. Our services include a travel personality assessment, personalized Destination DNA Guides, trip planning tools, daily travel journal reminders, and pre- and post-trip workshops.
Program name: Transformed by Travels Daily Journal Reminders
Description: Once you activate an active trip, you may opt in to receive one SMS message per day during your trip. Each message includes a prompt to complete your daily travel journal, a next-day weather forecast for your destination, and the lunar phase. Messages are sent at the time you select during trip activation.
Message frequency: 1 message per day for the duration of your active trip.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received.
You may opt in to SMS journal reminders by checking the consent box during trip activation in the portal. Opt-in is voluntary. You will not receive SMS messages if you do not check this box or if you have no phone number on file.
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message we send you. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.
To re-enroll, reply START or re-activate SMS reminders through the portal at trip activation.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS messages are delivered via Twilio.

All subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

All content, assessments, archetype frameworks, and materials provided through Transformed by Travels are the intellectual property of Transformed by Travels and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or that results from our assessments or AI-generated guides will meet every individual's expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, Transformed by Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
